Community Music in the South West
Evolve's community music projects for early years, young people and adults take place in villages, towns and cities across the South West including Keynsham, Bristol, Bath, Radstock, Midsomer Norton, Frome, Newton Abbot and Plymouth. Our professional community music practitioners deliver activities that inspire creativity, build confidence, develop language and communication skills, improve wellbeing, reduce isolation and tell stories. All our projects are open, inclusive, development and fun!
Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
We are committed to change!
We are committed to promoting equity of opportunity both in our operations and our community music programmes. Evolve Music recognises the world is unequal and not everyone has the same opportunity to participate in and contribute to the cultural life of where they live. We have recruitment and employment practices that try to address the imbalance of representation within the creative and cultural sector, and that all our activities are accessible and remove the barriers to creative participation experienced by many.

Evolution
We support the community music sector
At Evolve Music we offer a sector and workforce development programme that improves, challenges and inspires both the regional and national community music sector. We are particularly interested in authentic co-creation which informs the work we do with our communities. Our Evolution programme supports music leaders through three channels; our Evolution Network, CPD events and our experiential Evolution training programme.
